Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa has unveiled new dining venues, menus and experiences as part of their seasonal reopening.
Guests checking in for the 2024-25 season can look forward to dining concepts like the Four Heands Guest Chef Dinner Series. This culinary experience brings internationally renowned chefs to St. Barts to create a multicourse menu with local chefs for special chefs-in-residence programs.
The resort has also opened Abyss. From Michelin-star executive chef Jeremy Czaplicki, the fine-dining restaurant embraces classic French techniques and Caribbean flavors. Abyss is open every evening for dinner with live music every night.

Amis St. Barth will add a Sunday brunch where guests can indulge in expertly crafted dishes from live cooking stations, a boulangerie corner with fresh-baked pastries, a smoothie bar and a salad bar. Beyond Sundays, Amis St. Barth will be open for daily lunch, serving up healthy, laid-back, island-inspired French cuisine, from crisp salads to light, local seafood dishes.

The Seven Stars Bar is new, offering an immersive experience with a nod to Spanish influences, including crafted cocktails and tapas. Twelve cocktails will be served to reflect the 12 zodiac signs, and each will be served in distinct, tailor-made glasses that include the a logo representing the zodiac sign and placed on a personalized leather coaster with a four-line poem that captures the spirit of the sign. Live music will be offered every night at Seven Stars.
Finally, Le Barthelemy's rooftop bar, The Rooftop, opens for the season on Nov. 30 with a "reinspired" menu that is now focused on delivering delectable Asian cuisine. It's open on weekends from 4 to 9 p.m.
