The 11th annual St. Barts Gourmet Festival is set for Nov. 5 to 10.
Paying tribute to French gastronomy, the event will feature a lineup of award-winning chefs from around the world who will cook alongside local St. Barts culinary teams at island hotels and restaurants, preparing exclusive prixe fixe, multicourse meals. Tickets are not required to attend events.
Each partner hotel or venue will host a chef who will prepare a multicourse menu to be served nightly, featuring a mix of their signature dishes as well as locally inspired twists. Pastry chef Claire Heitzler, from Claire Heitzler & Producteurs, will prepare specialties delights for walk-ins to taste at the Boutique of L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon as well as creations at the restaurant.
The festivities, which are being presented by the St. Barts Tourism Committee, will begin with an opening ceremony hosted by Hotel Le Sereno that will feature samplings by each guest chef, showcasing the delicious meals to follow throughout the week.

The festival's chef meals will be held at Le Sereno, Restaurant L'Esprit Saline, Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa, Hotel Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth, Nikki Beach Saint Barth, Cheval Blanc St. Barth, and L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Saint Barth.
Several contests and additional programming are slated throughout the festival, including the St. Barts Bartender Contest at Rosewood Le Guanahani on Nov. 7; the St. Barts Chef Challenge, at Bonito on Nov. 10; and the Petite Toques Competition, for parents and children, at Le Barthelemy on Nov. 9.
