Largay Travel launches automated marketing with Approach Guides

Largay Travel has deepened its partnership with Approach Guides to provide automated email marketing and social media campaigns for advisors.

Largay, a host based in Waterbury, Conn., is the first agency to use Approach Guides' content automation technology.

The technology enables Largay to send personalized content to clients that is optimized to maximize conversion with no action from advisors. Campaigns include links to content experiences surrounding suppliers, experiences and destinations as well as calls to action, all co-branded to individual advisors. This generates leads for that individual advisor.

It works with Largay's existing email and social media solutions.

"Automated marketing campaigns often miss the mark because they fail to link to content that is relevant, personalized and optimized for conversion," said Jennifer Raezer, co-founder and chief marketing officer of Approach Guides. "Our technology delivers exactly that, taking automated content marketing to the next level."

Largay will send its first campaign using the technology in November, featuring Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the agency's "partner of the month."

"Automated emails and social posts made on behalf of advisors will link Largay advisors' clients directly to the relevant page on Regent's website, which is dynamically co-branded for the advisor and has built-in calls to action that send private leads directly to the advisor," the companies said in a release.

Approach Guides also has a partnership with Regent.
 
Scott Largay, Largay's travel director of business strategy, said the expanded partnership is not just beneficial for Largay. It also benefits the agency's preferred suppliers and their marketing spend.

"While each of our strategy plans remains custom to the individual partner we work with, this automation allows us to broadly deliver a consistent, on-brand message that is optimized for conversion," Largay said.
