The first of the renovated suites at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas are available to book.

Red and gold jewel tones help define the suites, which were inspired by the ornate costumes of the Carnival of Venice. Soft textures and lustrous sheens convey a sense of contemporary luxury. Rosewood accents augment the TV panels and minibar cabinets. Plush leather headboards, custom furnishing and specially commissioned wall art that highlights traditional Renaissance techniques round out the vision.

All suites feature a separate living area and an all-marble bath with an oversize tub.

The work is part of a continuing $1.5 billion project at the 25-year-old resort, which includes updates of all 4,000 suites, new entertainment concepts, restaurant openings and a redesigned convention center.

Guests can now book these newly designed suites at the Venetian Resort's website.
