Located in a former 19th-century college, the 85-room property is within walking distance of the Musee des Beaux-Arts de Rouen and the Gothic Rouen Cathedral.

The hotel features a modern design, panoramic views overlooking the city's skyline and original sculptures in the Jardins des Oeuvres garden.
Amenities include a restaurant with French regional cuisine, a spa with a heated pool and treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center and three meetings rooms.
Eateries include Zoom restaurant, which serves French regional cuisine and wine in an outdoor terrace and garden. Croissants, pastries, salads, sandwiches and handcrafted mocktails are also available at The Market.
The property is located about two hours by car from Paris.
